Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production plans and schedules to align with business goals and customer demand.
- Monitor production progress in real-time and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure raw materials and resources are available.
- Analyze production data and prepare detailed reports to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team to ensure high performance, safety standards, and compliance.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes and quality control.
- Manage inventory levels and forecast future needs to prevent stockouts or excess waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Good communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (preferred).
