Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods, initiating procurement actions to prevent shortages or excess.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align production plans with demand forecasts and material availability.
- Analyze production capacity, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend strategic solutions to enhance efficiency and throughput.
- Utilize and maintain ERP/MRP systems for managing production orders, tracking progress, and updating schedules in real-time.
- Prepare and present accurate production reports, highlighting key performance indicators, deviations, and proposed corrective actions.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives to refine planning processes and boost overall operational effectiveness and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the healthcare and medical device industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Production Planner or similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the healthcare or medical device manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for production planning.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
