Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to prevent material shortages
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing teams to synchronize production goals
- Prepare detailed production reports for management review and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols in all operations
- Optimize resource allocation (labor, machinery, materials) to maximize output efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
