Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans aligned with sales forecasts and capacity constraints
- Optimize material procurement and inventory management to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate delivery schedules with logistics partners to ensure on-time shipments
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and quality control
- Monitor production KPIs and adjust plans proactively to meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate documentation of production schedules and material requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and planning software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and forecasts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
