- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with customer demand and capacity constraints
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize stock turnover
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements
- Create capacity planning reports for management review and decision-making
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
