Join Karya Group as a Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Administrator and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate seamless production workflows while maintaining optimal inventory levels to drive operational efficiency. You'll analyze production data, forecast demand, and implement strategic inventory controls to minimize waste and maximize resource utilization. Your expertise will directly impact cost reduction, delivery timelines, and overall supply chain performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules with sales forecasts and procurement plans. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and capacity constraints
- Monitor inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to prevent stockouts/overstock
- Analyze production reports to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for seamless material flow
- Optimize inventory turnover ratios while maintaining service level targets
- Prepare and present performance metrics for production efficiency and inventory accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in production planning or inventory control roles
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset for operational challenges
