Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet customer demand while minimizing inventory costs
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze stock turnover rates to prevent overstocking or shortages
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure material availability
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock count audits
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and material handling processes
- Collaborate with sales departments to align production forecasts with market trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and JIT systems
