- Analyze marketing department requirements and translate them into detailed production plans
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal availability of raw materials
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet demand while minimizing costs
- Implement inventory control systems to prevent stockouts and excess inventory
- Track production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and forecasted needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production and inventory issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or inventory control
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management principles
