Join Orang Tua Group as a PPIC Supervisor and lead the heart of our manufacturing operations in Ciujung, Serang. You'll orchestrate seamless production workflows by developing strategic weekly production plans and coordinating cross-functional teams including production, QC, and sales. This critical role ensures optimal resource utilization, minimizes downtime, and drives operational excellence in our dynamic manufacturing environment. You'll analyze production data, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain inventory accuracy to support our commitment to quality and efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive weekly production plans aligned with sales forecasts and inventory targets
- Coordinate with production, QC, and inner sales teams to ensure smooth workflow execution
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock rotation to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Analyze production KPIs and adjust plans proactively to meet operational targets
- Lead and mentor the PPIC team to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with quality control protocols and safety regulations
- Collaborate with procurement on raw material planning and logistics coordination
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PPIC or production planning in manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional team coordination experience
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and inventory optimization techniques
- Proven ability to manage production schedules under tight deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
