Line Seiki Phils. Inc. is currently seeking a highly organized and strategic Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor to join our growing team in Cavite. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end flow of materials and finished goods, ensuring that our production capabilities align perfectly with customer demands. You will act as the primary liaison between the production floor, sales department, and procurement teams to guarantee that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can optimize our internal resources, reduce waste, and implement efficient inventory control measures. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations and have a keen eye for detail. By maintaining accurate stock levels and refining our planning processes, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to meet customer order requirements while maximizing efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials.
- Analyze production data and trends to identify bottlenecks, reduce lead times, and optimize workflow processes.
- Liaise with cross-functional departments, including Sales, Warehouse, and Engineering, to ensure alignment on production goals and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and quality control measures during inventory handling and production planning.
- Prepare and review detailed inventory reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or manufacturing supervision.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is a strong advantage.
