In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our production efficiency, ensuring that job orders are managed effectively and deadlines are met with precision.

You will play a crucial role in monitoring schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication across departments to drive our manufacturing excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to optimize machine utilization and workflow.
- Manage incoming job orders and ensure all documentation is accurately input into the ERP/internal system.
- Coordinate closely with production supervisors and warehouse teams to track material availability and completion timelines.
- Monitor production progress daily, identifying potential bottlenecks and proposing solutions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare periodic performance reports and status updates for management review.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, documentation control, and cross-departmental correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards throughout the administrative and planning process.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a production planning, administrative, or clerical role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin to effectively coordinate with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and system updates.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively to team goals.
