Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and output
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and calibration checks
- Monitor production processes and quality control metrics
- Document production data and maintain accurate records
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with engineering teams for process improvements
- Train junior operators on equipment operation and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certification in mechanical/technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing production environments
- Basic knowledge of industrial machinery and production processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials
- Basic computer literacy for data recording systems
- Certification in occupational safety (SMK3/K3) preferred
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
