- Develop and execute integrated production-sales inventory plans aligned with market demand forecasts
- Analyze sales data and production capacity to optimize inventory levels across distribution channels
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage
- Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability
- Generate monthly inventory reports with actionable insights for senior management
- Lead cycle count initiatives and inventory reconciliation processes
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities through inventory optimization strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years experience in inventory/supply chain management within consumer electronics
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales trends and production metrics
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Proven track record of implementing inventory optimization projects
