Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and optimize detailed production schedules to maximize efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, and production teams for resource allocation
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address bottlenecks
- Analyze capacity constraints and implement solutions for workflow optimization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with logistics to coordinate material deliveries and finished goods
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and scheduling software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
