Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and calibrate production machinery and equipment according to specifications
- Perform routine checks and minor troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily production targets and quality standards
- Document setup procedures and maintain accurate records of machine performance
- Assist in training new team members on machine setup and safety procedures
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding setup issues and requirements
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in machine setup
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping
