Join Van Aroma as a Production Shift Supervisor and lead our manufacturing operations to excellence! Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations during assigned shifts to ensure targets are met
- Enforce occupational safety regulations and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean) to enhance efficiency
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot operational issues
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and GMP standards
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma)
- Proven leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis
- Certification in occupational safety management preferred
