Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production teams during assigned shifts to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Coordinate machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Train and develop team members on operational procedures and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control and raw material usage for shift operations
- Prepare shift reports and communicate production outcomes to management
- Enforce workplace safety regulations and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and KPIs
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Certification in occupational health and safety (K3) preferred
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules and under pressure
