Join PT Sinar Mutiara Kasih as a Production & Sourcing Manager and lead our apparel manufacturing operations for baby and kids wear. Reporting directly to our Founder, you'll orchestrate end-to-end production processes from sourcing CMT factories and fabric suppliers to implementing rigorous quality control protocols. This strategic role requires expertise in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and production planning within Indonesia's dynamic textile industry. You'll ensure our premium baby and kids apparel meets international standards while maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and manage relationships with CMT factories and fabric suppliers across Indonesia
- Oversee entire production lifecycle from material procurement to final QC inspection
- Develop and implement quality control standards for baby/kids apparel manufacturing
- Coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize resource allocation
- Conduct cost analysis and negotiate pricing with suppliers to maintain budget targets
- Collaborate with Founder to align production strategies with business objectives
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Textile Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production/sourcing management within apparel industry
- Proven expertise in CMT operations and fabric sourcing for children's clothing
- Strong knowledge of international quality standards for textile products
- Advanced negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficient in production planning software and supply chain tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for production bottlenecks and quality issues
