Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in production or maintenance roles within manufacturing
- Proven experience leading maintenance teams in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 compliance requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems
- Experience with production planning and workflow optimization
- Basic proficiency in CMMS maintenance software
- Relevant technical certification or engineering degree preferred
