Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality and quantity targets
- Manage and mentor production team members to enhance performance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with quality control on product specifications
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of ISO and quality management systems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience with production planning and inventory control
- Proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
