- Supervise daily production activities to ensure targets are met on schedule and within budget
- Implement quality control protocols and maintain product standards across all production lines
- Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve high performance standards
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to resolve operational issues
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with production management software and ERP systems
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or quality management preferred
