Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and oversee daily production operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and workflow efficiency.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all quality control standards are met to minimize waste and maintain product integrity.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule equipment repairs and ensure machinery is operational.
- Lead, train, and motivate the production team to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate raw material usage to prevent production stoppages.
- Prepare and submit daily production reports to management regarding output and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and operational efficiency principles.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by production needs.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and ERP software is preferred.
