Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company health and safety policies.
- Monitor product quality in real-time and implement corrective actions to minimize defects.
- Manage, train, and motivate the production team to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to resolve machinery issues and material shortages.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, inventory records, and performance metrics.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory or management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Control (QC) methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production planning software.
