Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of manufacturing tasks
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to maintain product standards
- Manage and train production staff, providing guidance and support to optimize performance
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining cost efficiency
- Identify and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Track production metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Familiarity with quality control standards and safety regulations
