Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate production team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices in the production area
- Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks
- Ensure proper maintenance of production equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resource allocation
- Train and develop production team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently
- Good understanding of quality control and safety standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using production management software and tools
