Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a production team of 20-50 employees to achieve daily/weekly production targets
- Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
- Monitor production schedules, adjust resources, and troubleshoot operational issues in real-time
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization
- Conduct regular team training sessions to develop technical skills and operational knowledge
- Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and logistics departments for seamless operations
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, environmental regulations, and safety procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision or team leadership
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety standards
- Proven ability to manage teams of 20+ employees and drive performance improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick, data-driven decisions
- Proficient in production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
