Join Goldilocks Bakeshop as a Production Supervisor and lead our manufacturing operations to excellence! Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive pre and post-operational checks of production sections to ensure equipment readiness and compliance with safety standards
- Oversee daily production schedules, coordinating workflow between baking, packaging, and quality control teams
- Implement and enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP protocols throughout production lines
- Manage and mentor production staff, including shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and skills development
- Monitor production metrics, analyze output data, and recommend process improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment calibration, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials and finished products
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in food production or bakery operations
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ staff
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management
