Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and efficiency targets
- Supervise and coordinate production teams, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Monitor production processes and equipment performance, addressing issues promptly
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of food processing techniques and quality control systems
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations and industry standards
