Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a structured and organized work environment conducive to efficient operations
- Ensure all production processes strictly adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Monitor production output, quality standards, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate production records
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with proven ability to motivate staff
- Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making in fast-paced production environments
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly convey instructions and expectations
- Experience with production planning and inventory management systems
