Takashima Woodwork is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our operations in Pusing, Perak. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily manufacturing workflow, ensuring that wood products meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. You will be responsible for managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating production schedules, and maintaining a safe working environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of wood products.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure all team members wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Monitor production quality to minimize defects and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate production staff to improve performance and reduce turnover.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to manage raw material stocks and finished goods.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Wood Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the wood manufacturing or woodworking industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Physically fit and able to work in a factory environment.
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications for reporting and record-keeping.
