Join PT Roypow Hightech Indonesia as a Production Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor in our dynamic manufacturing facility located at Sagulung Horizon Industrial Park, Batam. This critical leadership role oversees daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are maintained. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The position requires bilingual capabilities in Mandarin and Indonesian to effectively communicate with diverse teams and international stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in manufacturing supervision, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead by example in a production setting. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily production activities, ensuring targets are met with optimal resource utilization
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to meet industry standards
- Train and mentor production staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams for continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Manage inventory control and material flow within production lines
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing supervision or production management
- Fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodology
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management systems
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Certification in OHS management or quality systems (ISO) preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts and meet production deadlines
