Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily boat manufacturing operations and production schedules
- Implement quality control processes and safety protocols
- Train and mentor production staff to enhance efficiency and skills
- Monitor inventory levels and resource allocation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product improvements
- Resolve production bottlenecks and coordinate maintenance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in production supervision (marine industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of fiberglass/composite boat manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in production management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
