Join Lotte's dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Supervisor and lead critical operations in our FMCG/F&B facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee production processes, ensure compliance with international standards, and drive operational excellence. You'll manage a production team while maintaining strict adherence to 4M principles (Man, Machine, Material, Method), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and HACCP protocols. Located in MM2100 Bekasi, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing operations where innovation meets quality.
As Production Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and implementing safety protocols. This position requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate cross-functional teams while ensuring production targets are met. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production operations in FMCG/F&B environment
- Enforce compliance with 4M principles, GMP, and HACCP standards
- Lead production teams to achieve quality and efficiency targets
- Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure workplace safety and hygiene protocols are maintained
- Coordinate maintenance schedules for production equipment
- Manage inventory control and material flow optimization
- Collaborate with QA/QC departments on quality assurance
Kualifikasi
- D3 degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of production supervision experience in FMCG/F&B
- Strong knowledge of 4M, GMP, and HACCP frameworks
- Proven leadership experience with production teams
- Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing environments
- Problem-solving skills for production line issues
- Ability to work in shift-based production schedules
- Willingness to work at MM2100 Bekasi facility
