Techpack is seeking a highly motivated Production Supervisor (Injection Molding) to lead our manufacturing operations in Demak. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire injection molding production lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of quality standards, output targets, and delivery timelines. You'll be responsible for optimizing production workflows, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring a team of skilled operators to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, maintain rigorous safety protocols, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical challenges while maintaining cost-effectiveness and product consistency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily injection molding production operations to meet quality, quantity, and delivery targets
- Lead and mentor production teams, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and monitor quality control systems and ISO standards
- Optimize production workflows through continuous improvement methodologies
- Manage machine maintenance schedules and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics departments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in injection molding production supervision
- Strong knowledge of injection molding processes, tooling, and machinery
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production planning and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in safety management (K3) is highly desirable
