Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and output targets
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams including technicians, operators, and quality control staff

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision within manufacturing
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and safety protocols
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs
- Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools
