Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely
- Supervise and coordinate production teams, including scheduling and task assignments
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to minimize downtime
- Train and mentor team members on production techniques and safety protocols
- Prepare production reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or manufacturing management
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control systems
- Experience with production planning and inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
