- Oversee entire production process to ensure smooth operations and quality standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop production team members through effective coaching
- Monitor production targets and implement strategies to achieve efficiency goals
- Enforce K3 (Health, Safety, Environment) compliance and 5S workplace organization
- Identify process improvements and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate with quality control to resolve production issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Strong knowledge of K3 regulations and 5S methodology
- Proven team leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with production planning and workflow optimization
- Ability to read technical drawings and production specifications
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and production management software
