Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate and execute production support activities for global market operations, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks and deliverables

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and follow through on resolution timelines

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or customer-facing roles is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog is an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
