In this role, you will be the first line of defense in ensuring our critical production environments remain robust, performant, and secure.
As a Production Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the health of our infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor real-time system performance, troubleshoot complex technical incidents, and provide seamless support to internal stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively monitor production systems to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Perform daily health checks and routine maintenance on critical application services.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical incidents escalated by users or monitoring tools.
- Document technical issues, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution steps in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful deployments and system stability.
- Manage incident escalation processes to ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Support shift rotations to provide 24/7 coverage and system reliability.
- Maintain system documentation, configuration logs, and operational manuals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical support, system administration, or DevOps roles.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and command-line interfaces.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, or similar).
- Basic understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and querying.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
