This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate daily production activities while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficiency targets. You'll lead a dedicated team to ensure seamless workflow optimization, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold our commitment to food safety excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate daily production operations to achieve output targets
- Ensure strict compliance with quality control and food safety standards
- Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements
- Train and develop team members on production techniques and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and resource allocation efficiently
- Investigate production issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare production reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in production/manufacturing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
- Experience in team management and employee development
- Certification in food safety (HACCP) or quality management preferred
- Proficient in production planning and inventory control
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
