Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure all products meet strict company standards and specifications.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime and prevent operational disruptions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures, to maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production logs, material usage, and any equipment anomalies accurately for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team leads and engineers to identify process improvements and enhance overall production efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of machinery operations, quality control standards, and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect defects and inconsistencies in products.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and work in various environments.
- Basic English or Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
