PT Nipro Indonesia Jaya, a leading name in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly skilled Production Technician (Sterilization Foreman) to join our expanding team in Karawang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the critical E-beam sterilization process, ensuring that our medical products meet the highest global safety and quality standards.
As a Sterilization Foreman, you will not only operate advanced machinery but also lead maintenance initiatives and optimize production efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, monitor, and optimize E-beam sterilization machines according to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular diagnostic analysis to ensure sterilization cycles meet rigorous quality and safety parameters.
- Execute proactive preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize machine downtime and extend equipment life.
- Perform rapid-response corrective maintenance to resolve technical malfunctions in real-time.
- Supervise a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Document and maintain accurate logs of sterilization cycles, maintenance activities, and equipment status.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to verify sterilization integrity and product output.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance production throughput and operational safety.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically with industrial sterilization or high-tech automated machinery.
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of E-beam or radiation sterilization technology is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and engineering diagrams.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, GMP, and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage small teams and coordinate shift activities effectively.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving production-related challenges.
