Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for beginners, intermediate, and advanced players.
- Conduct technical drills focusing on footwork, racquet skills, and tactical awareness.
- Evaluate player performance and provide detailed feedback for continuous improvement and skill mastery.
- Mentor athletes on physical conditioning, mental toughness, and sportsmanship during competitive matches.
- Organize and supervise internal tournaments and assist in preparing students for external competitions.
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment while ensuring all equipment is properly managed.
- Collaborate with parents and management to track student progress and set realistic development milestones.
- Stay updated with the latest BWF rules and modern coaching techniques to ensure high-quality training.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Badminton Coach or competitive professional player at a regional or national level.
- Recognized coaching certification (e.g., BWF Level 1 or 2, or Malaysian Sports Council certification).
- Deep knowledge of technical skills, game strategies, and sports physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students of all ages.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak training times.
- Patience and adaptability to tailor coaching methods to individual student needs.
