Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily production schedules to ensure fresh products are ready for opening.
- Measure and combine ingredients according to precise recipes to ensure product consistency.
- Monitor baking temperatures and times, making necessary adjustments to achieve perfect results.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering raw materials as needed.
- Perform quality control checks on all finished goods before they reach the display case.
- Strictly adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for every production phase.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in a commercial bakery or cafe environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work early shifts and be physically active for long durations.
- Basic knowledge of ingredient functionality and baking techniques.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow complex recipes accurately.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
- Certification in culinary arts or baking is a significant advantage.
