Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure high-quality presentation and consistency in all baked products.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and assist in ordering raw ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workspace in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Operate and maintain professional baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers.
- Monitor baking temperatures and timers to ensure perfect results in every batch.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new seasonal menu items and improve existing recipes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Baker or relevant culinary role.
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques, dough handling, and fermentation processes.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene protocols (HACCP or similar is a plus).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle early morning shifts.
- Creative mindset with the ability to replicate recipes accurately.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy flour bags or ingredient containers.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for artisanal craftsmanship.
