Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Operate professional baking equipment, including commercial ovens, mixers, and proofers.
  • Assist in the development of new pastry or seasonal items to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily production schedules and store opening deadlines.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a professional bakery or high-end kitchen environment.
  • Solid understanding of baking techniques, dough management, and fermentation processes.
