Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to provide recommendations and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area at all times, including the care of glassware and bar equipment.
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, identifying shortages, and assisting with the replenishment of bar supplies.
- Process customer payments accurately through the POS system and manage cash drawers.
- Create innovative seasonal cocktails and beverage specials to enhance the menu offering.
- Adhere to all local food and beverage safety regulations and alcohol service laws.
- Collaborate with the floor staff and kitchen team to ensure timely and synchronized service.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beers, including garnishing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume service periods with efficiency and grace.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift beverage crates or equipment as needed.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic math for cash handling.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- A professional appearance and a proactive, energetic attitude.
