Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional skincare and makeup consultations to meet individual customer needs.
- Drive store sales performance to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on product application and benefits.
- Maintain excellent store visual merchandising and inventory accuracy.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through effective CRM practices.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety, and hygiene protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience in beauty, luxury retail, or customer service is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Well-groomed appearance with a genuine passion for beauty products.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus to assist diverse customers.
