Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of professional aesthetic and beauty treatments according to clinic standards.
- Provide detailed skin analysis and offer personalized product/treatment recommendations to clients.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through attentive service and professional communication.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sterilization of equipment and treatment rooms according to safety protocols.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment logs.
- Assist in the promotion of retail beauty products and service packages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
- Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training sessions provided by the clinic.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist, Esthetician, or in a related aesthetic role is highly preferred.
- Certification or diploma in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of skin types, skincare products, and common treatment procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to Miracle Kuta’s professional treatment protocols.
- Ability to work professionally and maintain a polished appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high attention to detail.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a strong advantage.
