Tanggung Jawab

  • Perform precision cutting, trimming, and de-boning of various meat products according to specifications.
  • Ensure all meat preparation meets strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
  • Manage inventory levels and rotate stock to ensure maximum freshness and minimal wastage.
  • Prepare specialized meat cuts and value-added products for display or custom orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery workspace, tools, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Provide exceptional service by advising customers on meat selection and preparation methods.
  • Operate and maintain meat processing machinery, including grinders, bandsaws, and vacuum sealers.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a professional Butcher or Meat Cutter.
  • Deep understanding of different meat cuts, quality grading, and preparation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control regulations.
  • Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with sharp tools safely.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
